Here's Q1 - utterly pathetic performance by the new government.

    https://www.parliament.nz/en/watch-parliament/ondemand?itemId=196976

Just goes to show how Labour can promise anything from opposition but now they are in government they are hopelessly unable to back it up.

Davis: "the member will find out in due course".

    Out of his depth.

Bill no doubt got the answer he expected, and Kelvin did not realise he gave the answer Bill wanted. Bill would also have been aware Jacinda was out of the country so had the opportunity to ask a 'wide ranging' question to Kelvin. Kelvin's response will no doubt be the substance of another question once Jacinda returns.
Just wait until Winnie has to start answering questions.

Yep the shoe's on the other foot now. The new government are inexperienced and ill prepared, and the opposition are going to toy with them.

Winston is going to be a great target and given his vanity he'll hate it.

In addition to all his other unpleasant attributes, Winston is very lazy. I don't expect to see him in the house that often and he'll find some Foreign Affairs excuse to be away when he's in spot of parliamentary bother.

My bet is Winston wanted Foreign Affairs because it gave him them
excuse to be absent from the House. I expect he finds politics a bit
boring now (but still financially lucrative) so he will enjoy a year
or two of globetrotting while it lasts, then 'retire' as an 'honorable
    elder Parliamentarian'.

I concede that my past predictions of his demise have been proved
    wrong though!!
