I liked the prescient image of Gerry Brownlee being floated into
Christchurch to tell local elected councillors what to do - very
flattering to Gerry.
Now of course we don't have a housing crisis -but don't forget
National won an election following that ad - although we now know they
didn't really believe what they were saying at the time . . .

- I suspect it is random abuse to try and distract.
