The argument about definitions doesn't actually solve anything, but it
is amusing to see Nick Smith's gyrations and meaningless protests at
being taken at his word - the question that needs answering is just
what NAtional will do this year? Will they spend any money at all on
cleaning up our rivers and lakes? At this stage itseems that by the
time of the election we will be still worse off
