    Hi All

Any recommendations on how to get MIS to startup automatically at bootup on a WIN/32 machine?

I miss the days of autoexec.bat...

    Thanks

Put Mis.exe shortcut in your autostart windows folder.

You can always use AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS on your Windows system.
Some of my door games require items to be loaded.

Otherwise, look for your "Startup" folder and put the "MIS Server" shortcut there. (just make sure your shortcut has : "\mis.exe server" for it to run. You must include your drive C: is typical but I run mine on a different drive letter for security reasons. and your standard Mystic file location
    (generally that is C:\MYSTIC\) ..

If you are unsure how to add a program to your STARTUP folder, Google has a
lot of simple links for that. However, the simplest way is drag-and-drop from the \mystic folder to your Start Menu \ Startup Folder and remember to edit
the mis.exe to add server after that as stated above.

    Question

Why couldn't you make a shortcut and throw it in your windows startup folder?
