changed about a year back.

...it looks like it's connected, Got me stumped. I have it running as a event to load. maybe I should add it to crontab?

I do a crontab with a script to reload if it crashes which it will. :P

Just letting you know, your signature doesn't work correctly if the cursor is already at the bottom of the screen. For example, what I saw here when reading your message:

And it's because, I'm not clearing the screen between messages (just not my preference) and so after "voodoo island.", the cursor was at the bottom of the terminal screen already and your signature assumes otherwise.

Your signature begins with embedded ANSI cursor positioning:
ESC[B
ESC[50D
ESC[B
ESC[1D
etc.

Those ESC[B's (cursor down) won't actually do anything since the cursor is already at the bottom of the terminal screen. Perhaps you should use newline (CRLF) instead. Embedding relative-position cursor-positioniong ANSI escape sequences in networked messages is probably not a good idea to begin with, but just thought I'd let you know.

I just missed you signing on to my BBS :( but I noticed a error, I took a picture of it when mrc_server.py loads. I'm gonna post it in the mystic facebook page. Kinda hard to explain here, but it was some sort of socket error

Duh me! LOL, that's how I have magicka running, I did the same for Mystic,
now everything loads at boot flawlessly! Only thing I want to figure out/fix
on mystic now is the MRC thing and possibly try out some of the MPL and
python doors... I had issues before, so I stopped playing with them and
stuck with DOS.

thanks but im not using ansi. im using pipe codes for the color. so it might be the reader converting it?

The only software I have/use to convert pipes codes to ANSI is during display message time and I examined your message by saving it to disk and examining it (where I observed the ANSI escape sequences), so it couldn't by my software doing any conversion. Perhaps Mystic converts pipe codes to ANSI when exporting to FTN?

Interestingly, in this message from you, your signature came through with pipe codes only (no ANSI).
