    Anyone else having problems with country blocking? I have Russia blocked but
    it let them in anyways> I check the block file and its the way its suppost to be.

    What does the log say when they connect? Did you install the ip2location database? Assuming you have the feature enabled for the particular server, then there should be something in the log related to Country whenever a connection is made.
