Tried both 32 and 64 alpha 39's but neither seem to work with my linux Pi. Guess I'll hang tight.

That's correct the build is not available for Pi... until the final alpha is released.

How are those using Pi to test the slice they have? *evil grin*

    Cheers!

:) g00r00 builds releases for each alpha build (37,38 etc.) so once it moves out of pre-alpha stage I'm sure there will be plenty of pieces of pi to go around. But remember to bring a plate :)

Ahh.. I think the processor on those Pi's are ARM.. different from the x86 stuff.. I'm not sure but you may have to wait for an A39 release.

I doubt it will be a long wait.. :)

I await with bated breath. :-)
I might even 'HOLD' my breath when I sample on my Pi.

    Thanks for clearing this up!

The reason I do this is simply because of the amount of time it makes me to connect the Pi, boot it, compile, and package everything up. I still need to streamline my Pi process.

I can build and package up a pre-alpha for Win32/64 and Lin32/64 and Mac32/64 in about 20-30 minutes or so at this point, but adding in the Pi makes the process double or triple.

The Pi3 that was donated to me has really helped; the time is significantly reduced but there is still a lot I need to do to improve the process.

Also if anyone ever wants a new iteration of Pi hardware just let me know, because as soon as I pick up the "latest version" they always immediately release a new revision! lol
