I have sent you an email with a lengthy log file of Mutil
loading to toss Tics while Fidopoll was still loaded
bringing the files in. Any intransit files were deleted
by Mutil.

Thats what happens when there is no BSY system :)

I'll have to turn it on for TIC processing.

Are you randomly scanning for TIC files are triggering off of the filebone semaphore files?
