I just upgraded my Mystic Windows to the A37 Pre Alpha.
Do i need to run upgrade.exe on the next A37 Pre Alphas
or just this one time?

Just the first time... it does a convert process then once done it's done :)

make a back up of what you have now because once you convert you cant go back.

From my testing, just the one time. It updates the format to the current one for A37 from A19. It changes rarely.

You just have to run it once. But if you accidentally run it a second time
it won't hurt anything, it'll just say that your data files are already updated.
