These logs get big fast ;) This one started Dec 13 07:54:39 FIDOPOLL Version 1.12 A31 (and has been through 3 versions to A33 now):

Just out of curiosity, how big is your MUTIL.LOG file? That's the one
that gets huge here... :)
I'm working on a program that will help manage the logs files for
Mystic. Once I get it completely running here under Windoze, I'll see
if I can compile for other OSs.
There is a program on Linux called logrotate... I would be surprised if there was not a port of it (or something similar) for Windows. :)

Logrotate should be able to do this under Linux, only issue though is
you might need to stop and restart mis/mis2 to rotate the logs.

I did look at the information about Logrotate, and I didn't like the
way it handled the log files... I just decided to write my own
program... :)
This wasn't what I was looking for in a log file management program. I wanted to easily be able to go back to a specific date, and read
whichever log file I needed the information for.
Mystic rotates MUTIL logs by log size or by date, the choice is yours.
Or not at all and you can let it grow to ridiculous sizes.
If there is something you don't like about it let me know the very least
I can tell you why it is the way it is, or if I can't, maybe we can
change the way it works based on the popular opinion! :)
