When g00r00 gets back, there are a couple things that I would suggest looking at in reference to the QWK networking.

First, have some type of logging, so the sysop can have a recored of what is happening. If there is an error, there could be some type of indication as to what went wrong.

Secondly, after a QWK poll where messages are received, Mystic is creating
the qwkmail.out semaphore file, causing Mystic to contact all of the QWK hubs again. The only semaphore that should be created is the qwkmail.in, in order
to process the incoming packets.

I'll post more suggestions as they develop.
