my netmail has always worked since I first set it up. I can send netmail and it is received. However, not, when my Mystic bbs receives netmail I see when mutil import.ini is ran that it shows netmail received. But I log in and
check I do not find any netmail message in Netmail. I only find what I sent out.

Any thoughts? Don't know what I could have changed.

    Things to do would be

Run some test getting a few test netmails sent in to you.
Just look for the name of the person the netmail is being sent to, is it your sysop name or your alias or ?
Consider setting up a forwarding statement (I posted about this earlier) to send netmails addressed to sysop, your alias etc. to your real name.
Make sure you have some logs set to level 3 when you run the import, and feel free to post them here... we'll suss this out :)

I did have forwarding on, but will review it and put it back in. I will now set the log level to 3. Two of netmail sent were to you 21;100 and 21:10 and your reponses came back but I didn't see them, just when import ran I saw 2 netmail messages imported.

Honetsly ... it WILL show you exactly what is in your messagebase.
Something that Mystic obviously does not do, if it tosses amessage into a JAM area, and then refuses to show that message.

You can also use any other utility that shows you the contents of a JAM base.

Sorry, that last message was a reply to this..
You shouldnt have to forward to yourself.
I would think running a message base tool is the answer, and checking permissions (which I'm sure you have).

Maybe set it to be s01g00 for everything to ensure you dont have a security level keeping you from seeing messages (I had that once).

Also, check file permissions on your message base files (Also, had that).

Delete the files from the netmail area (\mystic\msgs\netmail.*) or whatever
you gave your netmail area for a jam base name

Then login and enter the netmail area so it will re-create it's datafiles.

Remove the forward lines from your mutil.ini for now. Get the netmail base working properly before putting them back.

Send an areafix requst to your uplink after checking to make sure the msg are ais flagged as netmail and you have every node address that you get mail from set in the export list

Outside of that if you still can't see netmail then something is very borked
    on your setup

I've sent you a couple of test netmails from my Agency BBS address 21:1/101

One addressed to your real name and the other to your Alias - did you see either?

I can also see there's been a couple of areafix requests from /134 to the /10 gateway and replies sent back to /134 - how did you get on with them?

    Best, Paul
