Been reading about the bugs in Firefox/Tbird under some versions of Ubuntu. Does Windows versions suffer from the same issues? What about the ARM
versions or some of the BSD versions of the same software?

Hey, that's my bot that's sending out those. :D

I'm parsing an RSS feed and making messages. I hope it's useful,
    interesting, or entertaining.

If the ARM versions are ubuntu, then yes, they need to update.

Windows, BSD -- maybe. I'm pretty sure ubuntu works with Mozilla on
    fixes.

    Take care,

    Hello Phoobar,

Been reading about the bugs in Firefox/Tbird under some versions of Ubuntu.

I don't know about Ubuntu but I use Firefox in slackware and it is updated frequently, probably for the same reasons as listed in the updates re: Ubuntu.

Every software has bugs. The really annoying ones (or security related) get quicker fixes.. that's all.. ;)

    Ttyl :-),

Being that I've been running both since Netscape & Eudora were the big names...they caught my attention. Probably why Mozilla keeps popping up
    updates to install.

Unfortunately...am off the salt mines in about 30 minutes or I would head
    over there.

I see those updates pop up in Windows like every other day...so it should be
a safe bet that Windows & others are seeing the same issues.

Been dealing with computers since the age of punch cards & there have been
some doozy's which have come down the pike.
