I had a thought, Owwww! What I've done is endeavour to send 2 blank messages in both cases I've had a blank message. IceEdit gives you abort or save, normally if I try and save a blank it asks if I want to abort, but maybe they behave differently.

I'm thinking that abort doesn't save anything, and save which promises to abort
perhaps saves a blank message because its got my extra utc kludge in it.

Thats got me tossed, now I'm looking over the message base I don't see either of my test messages. But both were posted from inside "The Reader" so maybe writing locals into SuperBBS is different.

Time for another test.

I think so. If a MSGTMP exists the bbs will read it in as a new message.
If you abort a message it should delete/not write the MSGTMP file.
