I know there is no political stuff here ... this is not political ...
Here in the USA, there is a bunch of headlines today that state
"New Zealand bans smoking" and after reading 4 different news outlets all
are half truth and spin factors ...

Can someone comment on the real story here ... something about phasing out sales of cigarettes and other products. No, I am not a smoker, just curious?

"New Zealand wants to ban the sale of tobacco to anyone born
after 2008 forever in "world-leading reforms" expected to come
into law next year.

"Outlets authorized to sell cigarettes will be cut from 8,000
to just 500 to slash the smoking rate to 5% by 2025 - currently
13% of adults smoke, with a third of Maoris smokers.

"Critics have warned it may spark a black-market trade in
tobacco, which govt officials have acknowledged.
