Neil Peart, drummer and primary lyricist for Rush, dead at 67

Drummer died in Santa Monica, Calif., earlier this week after years of fighting brain cancer.

Saw them a couple of times on their Roll the Bones tour. He was an incredible talent. :(

I've given up listening to US news...but do have the Google Home Mini run CBC world news & headlines while I'm in the bathroom getting ready for work. Unfortunately...didn't get the chance to listen this morning...so I may have never heard about it.

Want to see a hell of a documentary...Netflix was running one about these

Found the title for it on Google: Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage. Looks like it's still on there.

When I saw it...was bored. Had friends during high school which loved them...but myself...wasn't into them. After this documentary...they impressed the hell out of me on what they put out there. As a matter of fact...wasn't into Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd either...until I got much older & working at some classic rock stations as on-air staff.
