The problem with a lot of these small compressors, is just what kind of duty cycle they can maintain. You found out the hard way :/ But If you've got fairly flat tyres, I'd be inclined to give it a break between each
tyre to let it cool off.

I honoured the duty cycle. I even allowed the thing to cool off
much longer between sessions. Piece of junk. It just worked
for about 2 tire's worth. I suppose they think people will just
keep those portable machines with the car incase of an emergency
flat, use it for one tire, and never use it again. And when it
*does* burn out during the 2nd use, you're supposed to think "oh
well.. I purchased it 5 years ago, so $XX / 5 = $not-too-bad for
the peace of mind per year, and then you buy another one. :/
