If you do a search online, you'll find lots of blogs where people take before and after photos of "New, Improved" grocery items where they
try to fool the customer into thinking they're getting the same amount
of product in a 13 oz. "pint" of ice cream, or a 12 oz. "pound" of
coffee.
I haven't noticed this more than with the granola bars I buy from Nature Valley. They keep getting smaller & smaller. When I started buying them they were 50g, then 40g, now 35g each.
The problem is, they haven't bothered to update the packing for the individual bars, so I get to open a bar where just under half of the package is empty.
