i'm ok with both, facebook switch off european Facebook and EU regulators stepping back with overbording regulations.
It is not just facebook that has trouble with all that EU regulations.

I've been annoyed at the amount of times I've clicked on a link to view a partially-described short video, and it's on Twitter and unavailable to me.

But if Facebook wants to exit the European market, bully for them.

Though moving all my connections over to something other than WhatsApp will be a bit of a chore.
