I think the last time I heard "Gert" it was in our land is "girt" by seas. At least its a euphonium or something. Gert brings me a mental image of an old woman from a nursery rhyme dressed in a bonnet with a rather large dress.... named Gertrude but usually called Gert.

So I'm going to have to ask, who and what is Gert?

I don't know if I am talking about the same Gert you are.

The Gert I know is ZC of Pascal net and has been for a good long time. He's also ZC of quite a few other nets like Sysops Tech net and many others that
he has taken over or the original ZC passed to him to continue on.
