I was thinking that if I had some money to invest, real estate in San

I was thinking that if I had some money to invest, real estate in San Leandro might not be a bad idea.

Buy up distressed properties in Vallejo, fix them up, and then market them to hipsters looking for cheap digs who can commute via the ferry to SF ... before the bubble bursts, anyway.
