The reason this is a "One Sysop One Vote" election, is really because
that is what Janis wanted, and we all respected her enough to conduct
the election in that manner. I do agree and believe that every Sysop should have a say in elections no matter if its for a NC... or for a
ZC.

The other reason that this election could be declared invalid, is for
has been pointed out, that technically this is going against P4... in
that the RC's are to handle this whole ordeal.

I'm not here to waste anyones time and don't want anyone wasting mine either.
Thoughts everyone?

Easy -- the RCs agreed with Janis that this is the way the election
should happen. After the votes from sysops have been tallied and
confirmed, let the RCs cast their votes by giving unanimous consent to
the result. Problem solved.

The sysops vote. The regional coorinators vote (hopefully) according to what their members have voted.
