    Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 292...

    The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 292
    continues.

    SUMMARY...The severe weather threat will remain in southwestern
    portions of severe thunderstorm watch 292. The line of storms will
    become progressively weaker as it move east.

    DISCUSSION...A well developed line of storms across western West
    Virginia and eastern Kentucky will continue to weaken as it moves
    east into a progressively more stable airmass. Higher instability
    across southeast Kentucky, far western North Carolina, and northeast
    Tennessee may support continued severe storms through the remainder
    of the evening. An additional watch may be needed if storms continue significantly south and east of watch 292, but these small area and
    limited duration of the threat outside of the current watch
    precludes the need for an additional watch at this time.
