Yes, since we had a truck, we were able to do that. Other person that
was asked, his truck is out of commission for the moment. Don't know
how many other folks in the congregation have trucks.

Would depend on whether anyone else had need of one... I think we have
two pickup trucks within our congregation... and a number of vans...

Interesting. We see a lot of pickup trucks around our area, but very
seldom see any vans any more. Even more absent are station wagons. It
seems that SUV (or CRV like I have) and cross over types have replaced
    both types.

    Title: Watermelon Ice
    Categories: Dessertice, Low-cal, Diabetic
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 ts Unflavored gelatin
    4 c Watermelon cubes
2 tb Lime juice (or lemon)
    2 tb Honey
    -Lime twists for garnish

In a micro-safe cup, soften gelatin in 2 tbs water by heating briefly.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
(Suggestion: cut up melon in a sieve to catch the seeds, over a bowl
to catch the juice or you will have lots of juice around the cutting
board.) In a blender container, combine 1 cup of melon cubes, lime (or
lemon) juice, honey and gelatin mixture. Cover and blend at high
speed for 30 sec or until smooth.

Add remaining melon in batches, cover and blend at high speed until
smooth. Pour into a 8x8x2" pan and freeze until almost firm.

Remove from freezer and transfer mixture to a large chilled bowl.
Beat at high speed with an electric mixer or food processor until
smooth. Return to pan or pour into serving size cups or pour into
plastic ice cube trays and freeze several hours until firm.

To serve let stand 15-20 min at room temperature. Scrape surface (if
you used 8x8 pan) and spoon into serving dishes. Garnish.

We still see lots of "soccer mom" vans. The bigger, full-sized vans seem
to have been put on steroids like the full-sized pickup trucks. I went
and looked and the only domestic station wagon currently available is
the Buick Regal Tour X (https://www.caranddriver.com/best-station-wagons)

Another "hens teeth" item is the true mini-pickup. They've been put on
growth hormones as well. The new Ford Ranger is as big as the F-150 of
    just a few years ago.

Not totally... although I'll agree there are lots of the SUV and CRV
types around now... Most of the vans are Dodge Grand Caravans, there's
at least one Toyota van, too... Quite a few of those seen all around
town, too... As for station wagons, Richard's Volvo is one... admittedly
    not particularly new (it's a 1998, purchased late fall '97... ;) But
there is at least one other one at church as well...
