Just ended up with too many accidents to all be named on the radio traffic report again this morning...
So far, so nothing much ... yet....
And now there's yet another one heading your way....?
All but a total miss. First they said six to eight inches, then
four to six, and we got....zilch, or nothing that stuck.
    And are you complaining...? (G)

All the build-up, changing schedules, etc and ... nothing.

Well, there is that... ;) But think of all the snow you didn't have to shovel... :) Meanwhile, we are having one really windy day... blowing everything around... and a chance of rain and snow, which isn't
happening at the moment, for which I'm just as happy... :)

We're going out today to eat Ethiopian food with a friend at Abyssinia,
another of our favorite spots... ;) And then helping another friend
finally get her 5-hour-course which she needs for the certificate to
show at her road test to get her driver's license back....

Or back to normal, however that looks. I don't know "normal"
    very well.
    It's a shifting target, eh...?
The MS just shifted it again, at least for the time being.
    Oh, dear....

Not shifting back any time soon. Shifty maybe.

It gets so that "normal" is "I think I can deal with this a little
better"... happens here, too... and I don't have the MS complication...

Today I've threatened Old Man Winter with a beating; we got more snow.
It didn't stick much, but did pile up on my car at the grocery and
slick up the driveway for a while.

We had that today... sunny, and then I looked out the greying window to
see big clumps of flaky white stuff... by the time I needed to leave the
house, there was stuff on the driveway and coating my car... But at
least it's been warm enough today that even that was gone by the time I
got home, and the continuing snow was melting as it fell... But I
certainly am ready for winter to be over... :)

Last weekend ... paydirt. There was a school fundraiser; I got there early
to line up only there wasn't a line. There also wasn't anyone coming in
after me, except the folks running the sale. I got out for $40, $15 more

It did rain off and on and was gray all day here. I went to a rummage sale and lined up; it kept some of the lookie loos away,
but not the regulars. Not that there was much to keep away
    from this time.
Might as well have stayed home, eh..? But you never know until you
get there whether or not it would have been worth it to come out...
There's only one way to find out.
    Exactly... :)

Last weekend ... paydirt. There was a school fundraiser; I got there early to line up only there wasn't a line. There also wasn't anyone
coming in after me, except the folks running the sale.

Apparently it flew under the radar... or most of the hawks didn't expect anything much to be there... ;)

I got out for $40, $15 more than they asked me for. The scrap gold
in my pile of treasure more than paid for everything.

    Very nice going... :)

The rest of the morning was a "should have stayed home" more or
less, but that first score had me doing a happy dance.

The rest of the morning was other places, I take it...?

    This weekend...probably nothing.

    You never know...

No kitchen stuff this time, unless you count some coffee mugs for my sister.

Were those also at the school fundraiser...?

gold and titanium to drop into your hands... ;)
Yep. Scored $25 worth this weekend. Not bad.
Nope, not bad at all... :)

Not enough to pay for everything, but a decent chunk.

    Useful, if not sufficient... ;)

Picked up even more scrap metal this weekend. I like those high payout
small size scrap piles. Not hugely valuable, but not bad either.

to China instead of from it. The oddest one still has to be the
    box
from a hand crank telephone. That wasn't odd, but it went to
    Hungary.
I'm guessing the person put a charging station in it for his phone.

Or used it as a decorator piece... ;)

Could be. I didn't ask. It couldn't be used for anything nefarious, so
    fine by me.
