Mike Loo
For some reason, I cannot see you going by Mike. I know that might sound funny considering I've never met you in person but from talking to you in here for decades, that's what I get...
I'm not really a Mike sort. In Ireland, I'll go by Mike and
tolerate even Mick, but they're bigger than I am (and they
blow up policemen, or that's what I've heard, and blame it
on Cromwell and William III! (Flanders & Swann)).
I really need to install MealMaster on this laptop. One of these days.
Eh, with the more agile processors these days, most indexing
and database programs have become less relevant.

Title: Bacon Pie
Categories: Breakfast, Cheese-eggs
Yield: 8 Servings

STOCK---------------------------------
1 lb Bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 c Onion, chopped
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
4 c Milk
8 Eggs
1/4 ts Pepper
Lightly grease two 10 inch pie plates. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion
evenly into two dishes. Beat the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour
mixture evenly into the dishes. Bake both at 400 F for about 30 minutes
or
until the tops are golden brown. Let plates stand for five minutes before
cutting. Serve with fresh sliced garden tomatoes.
