    Yeah, that's about when garnishing all sorts of dishes with poached
    egg became a thing. As I recall I collected that tagline in 2009.

    Never been a breakfast person nor a benedictine one
    (though I did endure a Benedictine school for a couple
    years),and for me there are two ways to deal with
    poached eggs, aside from not doing them in the first
    place - the first is to eat them whole in one gulp,
    with salt and pepper, or on a large serving of hash,
    which would provided the salt and pepper on its own.

    More black pudding, fewer potatoes, and no tarragon
    (making a sauce tomatee instead).

    1 1/2 c Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
    1/2 c Onion, Chopped
    1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
    1 Jalapeno Chile, Canned *
    1/2 ts Jalepeno Chile Liquid
    1 tb Cilantro, Fresh,Snipped Fine
    1 tb Lemon Juice
    1/2 ts Oregano Leaves, Dried
    1 1/2 ts Vegetable Oil

    * Jalapeno Chile should be seeded and finely chopped.

    Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up
    to
    7 days. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Sauce unknown

    travails.
    It's always a pleasure hearing news about those to. I'm out of touch
    with them as he's stopped posting in this conference and on FB.

    He had some difficulty with computer and eyesight and
    what have you. It's sad to think he's discreetly winding
    down, but he's really old.
