Yeah, that's about when garnishing all sorts of dishes with poached
egg became a thing. As I recall I collected that tagline in 2009.
Never been a breakfast person nor a benedictine one
(though I did endure a Benedictine school for a couple
years),and for me there are two ways to deal with
poached eggs, aside from not doing them in the first
place - the first is to eat them whole in one gulp,
with salt and pepper, or on a large serving of hash,
which would provided the salt and pepper on its own.

1/2 ts Jalepeno Chile Liquid
1 tb Cilantro, Fresh,Snipped Fine
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/2 ts Oregano Leaves, Dried
1 1/2 ts Vegetable Oil
* Jalapeno Chile should be seeded and finely chopped.
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up
to
7 days. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Sauce unknown
