"ultra-pasteurised" dairy
The similar UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk has an unrefrigerated
shelf life of 6 to 9 months
A quick look at my Bing search engine reveals that UHT and Ultra Pasteurised are the same animal.
The difference between the two labels is UHT milk is aseptically
packaged in a sterile package and hermetically sealed to extend the
shelf life even longer. So it remains completely sterile after the pasteurization process.
"ultra pasteurization is also called UHT, (ultra high
temperature) if the milk filling system is completely aseptic."
There it is, in your own quote.
nasty powdered "creamer" junk.
That stuff is the worst!
Cheers
